1 Details of SPA:
1). Acrylic-------"Aristech Acrylics", one of the most famous manufacturer of the Acrylic for Hot tub.This brand acrylic is nice because its excellent polishment and durable rigidity for sunlight and wind.
2). Skirt and Step: PS high quality UV resistance synthetic wood skirt, inside with foam to protect the temperature. Step can be made in Wood or PVC.
3). Cover & FRP seal bottom: Thickness of more than 5cm, strong enough to bear the snow; inside filled with protective foam 2-3 layers to keep the tub out of the coldness. FRP seal bottom, to prevent the coldness from the ground to damage the tub as well as the accessory.
4). Jets: Original we use the plastic material, there is also one option: Stainless Steel Material.
5) Function system: The whirlpool pump system, wind pump system, bubble system and the heater, computer control panel are all from the famous manufacturer of Jacuzzy equipment. They all pass the CE, TUV quality test.
6). Reinforcement: We use fiberglass on the base of the Jacuzzy, support with stainless steel legs around the Jacuzzy. In this way, it allows 6-12 people in the Jacuzzy meanwhile. It is pretty safe.
2.Packing & Loading: 20ft--Usually 4-5sets/model. 40HC--usually 10-11 sets/model.
